Evara is the largest private residential developer in Ireland, building transformational neighbourhoods and affordable, quality homes for people and communities across Ireland – wherever they are in life.

Our vision
We create more than houses. We are transforming undeveloped lands into places where people want to live, companies want to grow, retailers want to trade, and neighbourhoods come alive together. We deliver scale projects. We have demonstrated our ability to deliver high quality residential units, public amenities, infrastructure and commercial mixed-use developments. Evara has set the vision and follow through, working closely with a range of local authorities, government bodies and public agencies and other key stakeholders. We create well-connected neighbourhoods with thriving centres, shops, and amenities where residents can enjoy every aspect of life, where a home is more than four walls. Ensuring people and communities don’t just put down roots – but prosper.

Evara. Building with integrity.

Master planning
Every project begins with a vision – of creating a sustainable, ambitious development in line with the needs of growing communities. Through innovation, meticulous planning and preparation, we carefully select well-connected sites and enhance the existing landscape with green spaces, strong infrastructure and considered amenities.
Community engagement
We understand the value of community engagement and social responsibility. We are proud to have worked with voluntary groups and organisations in Adamstown and Portmarnock, and to be a cornerstone sponsor of charity boat race, Dragons of the Docks, in 2024.
Building a community that seamlessly blends with the existing neighbourhood takes planning and preparation.
We believe that asking questions is the key to successful developments – and the best people to ask are the people who already live there. Community engagement is a key part of our master planning strategy, ensuring that the whole neighbourhood benefits from the new development in areas such as employment, leisure facilities, green spaces, accessibility, inclusiveness and education.

Sustainability
Our ambition is to create exceptional, affordable places to live, at the forefront of design, placemaking and sustainabiity. To drive positive change by adopting sustainable practices in all stages of development, construction and finance while also fostering a culture of responsibility within our workforce and among stakeholders. Throughout everything we do, we deliver for people, places and our planet.
