We share your personal data with certain third parties in connection with the above purposes, including:
Sales Agents
The sale of units within our developments may require us to process and share your personal data with third-party partner organisations, such as Sales Agents. We appoint Sales Agents for the sale of units within our developments. Sales Agents collect your personal data from their website after you’ve registered your interest and process the data through our CRM processes. Alternatively, if you have provided us with your data, we may pass it to our Sales Agents so that they may assist you. Sales Agents that we partner with include but are not limited to: Savills, Sherry Fitzgerald, Knight Frank, Hooke & MacDonald, Noel Kelly Auctioneers.
Advertising and analytic partners
We share your personal data with third-party advertising, marketing, and analytics companies for the interest-based advertising and analytics purposes described in our Cookies Policy.
Professional advisors and institutions
We may share your personal data with professional advisors such as mortgage brokers, financial institutions and solicitors in circumstances where an offer on a unit or units has been accepted and to close the sale.
Business Reorganisation
We may share your personal data in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
Industry Partners, Authorities, Regulators and other Entities
We may share your personal data if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our website terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evara, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging personal data with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Personal information obtained via CCTV can be shared with An Garda Siochana.

In addition to the above, we use certain third-party service providers to help us provide our services and maintain our Site. These include suppliers such as but not limited to: Outset Agency, Cream Creative and Hubspot.
How Long Do We Keep Personal Data?

Necessity for the provision of our services: We keep your information as long as is necessary in order to provide the Evara developments. This includes things like facilitating property viewings, registering interest in a property, managing booking deposits and administering the sale process. Most of our retention periods are determined on the basis of this general rule.
Consent-based processing of personal data: If we process personal data on the basis of consent, we store the data for as long as necessary in order to process it according to your consent or until you withdraw your consent.
Statutory, contractual or other similar obligations: We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws.
